6 key questions to answer ahead of our tasting

What wines will we be having?

Each wine is curated specifically for the group’s tasting preferences and desired experience. Have a varietal that someone in the group loves or hates? Let me know

Do you need us to provide anything?

Just the basics: one wine glass per person and water to cleanse palates. If you don’t have enough glasses or want everything to match, I can provide them on request

What about food or dinner pairings?

While I won’t be providing the food, I am happy to work with you directly on charcuterie or dinner pairings that can be enjoyed side-by-side with our tasting

Can we enjoy extra bottles beyond the tasting?

Yes. The tasting includes a set number of bottles in sequence. If you want more after that, I can provide and we will plan and price those separately

Does everyone have to drink?

Absolutely not! If possible, most tastings leverage a spittoon or dump bucket for unwanted wine or for spitting to avoid the effects and depending on your group’s preferences

Any other tips for hosting / attending a tasting?

Come with an open mind and avoid wearing overly scented colognes and perfumes! The best crowds are ones where the wine can be experienced fully and questions continue to flow throughout the night
